Downloading Content
Receive an email from Optic Media Solutions and need to download your content? Here's how:
Once the photographer has delivered you their content through Aryeo, you will be notified by email. Included in this email is a link to the Download Center for the listing. Here, you have access to all content shared by the photographer, including images, videos, 3D Tours, and property websites for the listing.
To download all the content at once, click the Download button located in the top right corner of the screen. Use the pop-up menu to select any or all of the content you would like. You can always come back to this page if you want to download another type of content later.
The content will be downloaded to your computer as a zip file into whatever folder your online downloads are set to. To access the content, unzip the file, and open the folder created.
Property Websites
If you would simply like to copy the link to the property website, click the Property Websites section seen in the header image.
Here, you can copy both the branded and unbranded versions of the property website without having to download anything. You can use these links for your promotion on social media, just copy/paste the link as you normally would.
Unable to Download Content?
Some downloads may be on hold until their payment has been received, so ensure that as a customer you have completed your transaction when you download content.
